ADMISSION RULES
1. Anthem Public School is open to all-irrespective of caste,creed or place of origin. While retaining minority options, the School admits whom it considers would benefit by responding to the Values based education it offers.
Applications for all admissions are to be made on the prescribed from and according to the schedule announced by the school.
Any pressure on the school authority for granting admission will disqualify a candidate.
Parents who wish their children to be admitted to the Anthem Public School will be expected to have an understanding of, and the ability and willingness to cooperate in, the type of education offered here. Admission to Prep:
1.The academic year is from April to March .
Application must be made on the prescribed from, and according to the schedule
announced by the school, in January & February months.
2. Admission to Nursery and preparatory classes will be through observation/interaction. There will be an interview/interaction for students seeking admission to class I-IX followed by a written test. It is strongly advised that the parents should fill the registration form themselves. Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth filled in the Registration form tallies with that on the orignal Birth Certificate.
3. The details of the admission process are provided with the Admission From. The candidate must have elementary literacy expected of a child of the above mentioned age. The Principal reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any child for admission. Parents must declare the child’s correct date of birth in the admission from. Once the date is entered in the register it will not changed. Incorrect declarations about age or any other matter will be disqualification for admission. Subsequent discovery by the school authorities of such wrong declarations could be a good ground for dismissal.
A legally valid certificate for date of birth must
be attached with the admission form. Birth certificate from Block Office /
Municipality is acceptable.

There will be screening for all the candidates seeking for admission.
Data for tests/observation and interaction will br given at the time of registration and the same may be changed, on a very short notice of only two days by the school.
The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child's performance in the test/interview and availability of seats in the concerned class.

The date of the result of the interview & the last date for the submission of fee will be specified at the time of the test/interview.
Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
Admission - Any false or incorrect information furnished may risk selection and enrolment.
The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.
A duly filled form available from the school is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee. Following documents are to be submitted with the form:-
Photocopy of proof of date of Birth (issued by municipal corporation or any other competent authority).Date of Birth Certificate issued by Doctors/Nursing Home/Hospitals will not be accepted.
Original transfer certificate from the student's previous school. (for class II and above)
Colour passport-size photographs pasted at the appropriate place in the forms.
Medical certificate of fitness of the student from a registered medical practitioner.
The student's last academic report from the previous school.
